Youth 1km - 8:30am
5km - 9am
10km - 10am

Race Cost: 10K/5K - $24.00 | Youth 1K - $13.00

Online registration closes on October 21, 2010 at 4pm.

**Online registration is recommended since
Race Day registration is from 6:30am to 7:30am only on race day.
Race Day registration must be paid by cash or check.

Packet pick-up is on Friday night at Heritage High School, 3020 Wards Ferry Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for those preregistered runners and walkers.

T-shirts - runners and walkers registering after October 10, 2010 may not receive their t-shirt on race day (it may be picked up after race day).

Location

Start/Finish: The Start and Finish for the 10K and 5K are at Heritage Highschool, 3020 Wards Ferry Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502. (HHS).
The 10K Race Course is mostly flat with a couple of rolling hills. The finish is downhill for 1.5 miles with the last 200 meeters on the track. The cut-off time for the 10K is 75 Minutes.
The 5K Walk/Run is an out and back with a slight uphill on the way out.
The Youth 1K will remain on the HHS campus.

Additional Notes:

1. Registration includes one Run For Their Lives race shirt. The Freedom 4/24 T-Shirt option below is extra and is not required.
2. To enter, you must be able to finish the 10k race in under 75 minutes. If you are not able to meet this requirement please enter the 5k race. Thank you for racing!
